My dad and I went in for an oil filter for my Buick Lacrosse on 7/20/2025 around mid afternoon. The store was clean and well presented, the people working behind the deskhowever, were not. No greeting upon entry of the store or when approaching the desk.Both were on their cell phones. Mayfield hts store has good customer service.
My fiancé Kayla and I want to take the time to recognize Ramiro for his excellent and thorough service. He took the time to run multiple checks using multiple machines to ensure he wasn’t selling us a battery we didn’t need. He also was very pleasant and respectful. Customer experiences such as these are rare in this day and age, so we feel that he should be rewarded for the respect and service he provides to his customers.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Answered all my questions, and completed my battery install without any issues.
