Shane K. is an excellent employee at the Beaver Dam location; whenever I go to the store, he always provides excellent service.
Very busy when I stopped and did not have the part I needed. Was told only availble if I purchased the enter caliper set, just wanted bracket. Hggot home from set for both sides back end. Went back to return and was told "I know that isn't the right one but we disnt have the one he needed." If I has known this i would not have purchased. Then only got credit for 1 core. Needed to make a 3rd trip to get all my money back. I will check online from now on and handle picking the right part myself.
