i was not told of how much interest i was going to have to pay, added an extra 6000$ to original price tag on the car, really bad customer service, and they sold me the car with super bald tires on the inside due to it needing an alignment prior to purchase and wouldnt even let me trade the car with within the first day

they say they will take your vehicle as a trade in but they wont pay it off. I'm currently going through it. They took my car as a "trade in" then took it to the dealership and dropped it off. Never paid it off. Now Im going to have a repo on my credit. These people will tell you anything and everything you want to hear but they dont follow through. I would never suggest anyone going there or the one in plainwell. i personally went through plainwell.
The fast friendly service. Torre Tran found me the car that fit my needs and budget He answered all my questions and made the process easy. Torre also is great with follow up after the sale. Making sure I was happy with the purchase after I left the lot. Thank you for making this a great experience.
this is a really great place to get a car they just helped my husband and I out a lot we bought and envoy from them for 800 and it runs and drives great ita just a great vehicle all together
