I want to be fair so I will state just the facts. The vehicle would not start. Upholstery tattered but staff was pleasant.

Dealer responded quickly. was able to visit their lot on my lunch break & test "fit" the Element. Unfortunately I am a big guy & the Element did not have enough room in driver's compartment to safely fit. No hassles, no pressures to look at other cars I will definitely be checking back with them once I figure out another car to test.

Trying to talk to someone on the phone about a vehicle was VERY difficult, as I was put on hold and left numerous times and passed off to 'detailers' to answer mechanical questions about a car. However, once I was put in touch with the salesman directly, the experience was as smooth as possible. I was given honest info over the phone, drove the 2.5 hours to look at the car and found that it was pretty much as described. I ended up purchasing a car through this dealership. This was the only car lot that was actually open on a Sunday as their hours indicated. Car was located on 2nd lot about 10 minutes away. Following a deposit, car was listed on website the very next day for $1000 less than agreed upon. Car taken off website immediately once I called and inquired. Upon purchased, owner apologized for error and offer 3 months of car warranty which was greatly appreciated. Would purchase car/truck here again. Things happens but owner responded... read more

I found out that they don't finance you. Maybe in the future they will, that will be nice.

Contacts at both iCar locations seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. They were very patient with us as we had come to test drive one vehicle but found another we liked better so we ended up purchasing a totally different vehicle! We really appreciated how comfortable our contacts made us feel and their patience with us as we totally shifted gears on our anticipated purchase. Though parking to view the vehicle lot was a little challenging, we're really happy we went to iCar Autos!

Delt with a sales person emailing back and forth good response at times then they disappeared never responded back again took forever and calling they never pick up. When they do there to busy to talk to and say they'll call back but never call back . tried to buy a car yet they offer no financing to build greater credit . so had cash in hand once again the owner took forever to get back to me I guess they didn't want my business or my money because I was ready to buy.
