This dealer told me that they don't finance so you need your full price in hand when you go there so I went and got a car from somewhere else. Never got to test drive the vehicle I wanted

Umar and his brother were both very courteous, answered all questions, made the whole buying experience very comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics. Had a good variety of very nice vehicles to choose from and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely check with them first if in the market for another car or truck.

I asked to see it but they had a buyer for it already. They were courteous when I called and told me where I could park if no parking was available. I hope they have a similar truck like this one some day.

I did not know at first about this dealer because of previous ratings and reviews, but I was very impressed in the service and in the car that I purchased from iCar Autos & Trucks. I was helped by Omar and his Brother, both who was GREAT. I explained to the Brother that I was from Richmond and was interested in the 2007 Nissan Altima, and that in order for me to be able to purchase the car that it had to have a mechanical check by a mechanic in Richmond. They gave me one price and then jacked up ty he price to what they really was asking with a bunch of off the wall taxes and fees.You got to be desperate to deal with them.

The dealer, Omar, was quite friendly and most attentive. As a matter of fact, I called him from Richmond, VA to ask if the truck was still available and to let him know that I was on my way to check it out. As I pulled up in his lot, he walked up and handed me the keys to go for a test drive! Upon my return, he respectfully addressed my questions about the truck. I showed up to the dealer to look at the car that they had posted on line and found that the pictures that they took of the car did not match the car they had on the lot. So when I confronted them about this they said that they are not responsible for any inconvenience or the fact that the pictures did not match the car that they had. The car was not in good working order when I arrived, the muffler was bad? I asked for the key. No muffler sounds were obvious, but the motor idled poorly and dash warning lights blinked. The radio and other electrical equpiment didn't work. I left since the whole lot appeared to be questionable. Wouldn't go back.
