Omar was friendly, able to help, and made the purchase of the 2002 Audi TT Turbo Hatchback very easy. Enjoyed the experience
Not a good experience. The car had some dents on it and it was tightly wedged between two cars. The salesman didnt bother to pull it out and was trying to convince me to look at other cars. It wasnt worth our time.

dealer never responded via email but did return phone call, My son bought the SUV from them they allowed me to take the car and get it check out by (2) different auto shops the car was a little over priced but in excellent condition.
Dealer did a great job explaining vehicle and answering my specific questions. Responded quickly to my inquiry from Cargurus. I would definitely recommend them.
Truck was on another lot ,we had driven 2 hours to the address on the post and when we got there no one was there so we went around the back and found a mechanic. He told us that the truck was at another location and gave us directions.The vehicle had some issues and the salesman didn't know what the answers were. The salesman was nice enough let us look around the lot and take another vehicle out for a drive. Ended up buying a truck from another dealer.
I got an e-mail stating they still had the vehicle but it was at the other location.After 3 attempts to contact her by phone(no answer) and 1 trip to the dealership(no one there), I gave up.
Bad experience, they put the van for sale but never chek the van , it was over heating due to mud in radiator, ac line didn't work at all , rear seats lock was broken, driver side window controller wasn't working, bad bad experience
Actually, the dealer did not contact me. I contacted them and purchased this car. They were good to deal with. The car does have some issues, but it was priced accordingly. I don't think they really go through their cars and if they do, they price them based on what they find. Fortunately the car did get me home (Vermont) but the next day it wouldn't start. A fuel filter and relay and out of precaution a fuel pump too and she's back to running. They did document most of the cosmetic issues with the car before buying.
