Bernardo was a delight to work with. We had a bad experience with a dealer in NYC and the difference between our experiences was night and day. We were treated like friends of the family and not "fresh meat." There was no pushy sales tactics-even though it was the end of the month/quarter/year. Just straightforward and courteous service. I had a great experience financing my new Acura ILX through Meghan. She was extremely friendly and very helpful with every step and provided all information I needed. Dealership is spacious and clean. A counter of coffee and goodies available as you wait for vehicle, and a TV. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I was told my repair would be about an hour, and true to their word, it was ready in an hour. My car was washed and vacuumed after repair done, which was a really nice bonus!

This guy is unbelievable. I don't know where to begin. Simply put, he will bend over backwards to make you happy, not sell you a car. Honest, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. From the moment I walked in, it was a different experience. I was always so used to needing to be vigilant when buying a car to find all the hidden charges. This process was not only fast, but straightforward and honest. Easy to read and real fast. process was no more than an hour. This guy is just the best!
