I just leased a 2020 Acura MDX with Michael. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No gimmicks. No hard sell. He was a consummate professional from greeting to our socially distanced wave after I drove off.

Frankie at Acura of Denville was great. I was in the process of finishing my lease and wanted to buy the vehicle. He shopped around for me for a good rate and was able to get me one that was very low. All of the paperwork was done by the time I got to the dealer so I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Which is unheard of. No hassle, no nonsense, and a professional. Would highly recommend as this is my second experience with them.

Overcharging for service When my wife took her 2019 RDX for sevice they overcharged her by $185. for a tire rotation and changing the rear differential fluids. They took advantage of my wife's good nature and lack of knowledge on maintenance of vehicles. I would not recommend using their service department at all

Friendly, no pressure dealing. Service is easy to schedule. The car is taken on time and finished when promised. Service advisor, Dana Skinner, has helped me twice and both times perfect. My salesperson Pete Spiro is so friendly we stop to say hi when we're there for service. If we lease another RDX it will be because of the dealership as much as the car.
