Daquan at Elite Acura Service was awesome. He had my papers and the loaner ready before I got there, and I was out within a few minutes. He kept me updated on the service progress, and was again ready for me when I arrived to pick up. I was out again within minutes. He also went over all details of the service and condition of my car. His customer service skills are outstanding and he is very very pleasant and efficient.
Quick and easy, with a nice lounge to sit and wait in. Not much else to say than that.
Always professional and explained the information that I need to know about my car. Always clean.
