Great, easy, and informative service
Spoke with someone over the phone in the AM. When I went in PM associate made me wait for who I originally spoke with. Both men did not get my name right. Bare basics of sales couldn’t be completed.
They did a good job to fix my problem. I had a courtesy car which was equivalent of my car. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a good experience.

Was very easy to set up the appt. Daquan was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!
Daquan is awesome. He had my papers and the loaner ready before I got there, and I was out within a few minutes. He kept me updated on the service progress, and was again ready for me when I arrived to pick up. I was out again within minutes. He also went over all details of the service and condition of my car. His customer service skills are outstanding and he is very very pleasant and efficient.
Service center was fantastic! Pleasant and explained everything. Definitely would recommend Denville Acura for sure.

Best service Department I've ever dealt with. Everyone is so nice, professional and helpful. Your waiting area with all the snacks and drinks also makes the wait time so much nicer!
