During my initial visit when I leased my RDX Bernardo seemed nice, I requested that remote auro start come with my car and he led me to believe it did, even after I questioned him about the key fob not having the feature auto start. He dismissed me by saying it’s done via AcuraLink, that was not true because they are not the same. When I found out that he had misled me and called because I was having issues with AcuraLink auto start he was very dismissive and said I needed to call them not him. Hello, Unfortunately there must have been some type of miscommunication regarding the key fob, but yes auto-start is controlled via AcuraLink. From beginning to end, Steven and Meghan made the car buying process an enjoyable experience. There is a very calm and professional "feel" to this dealership that others should take notes on - everyone was friendly, accommodating and communicated the progress to the point that I did not even have to ask "what's going on".
