We have bought two cars from this dealership, 1 a few years ago and 1 just recently. We have had a great experience both times and have not felt shafted in anyway. I worked with both Jordans at this office and they were very friendly and trustworthy. I went into the deal knowing it was branded but was able to find a diamond in the rough, similar to my last experience there and feel like it was a very good deal. I went to take a honda crv for a test drive. They misplaced the key fob, told me go ahead without it. (Push button start) . Offered to take it to have it Inspected by a mechanic of my choosing. Took it to shop more than 30 min prior to scheduled appointment. Mechanic was not there and instructed them to just drop off fob in the key drop box. I've purchased a few vehicles from AutoSource in Windsor, CO. The folks there have been extremely helpful and always upfront and honest with me. I have purchased available warranties with the vehicles to make sure I don't end up in a bind. Harvey Cars Sold Here! Dishonest and a huge waste of my time. I had two family members buy cars from here and had good luck. they seemed upscale and a little nicer for a branded title lot. Hayden guaranteed that Auto Source sold only Tier 1 and 2 water damage at most. seemed like a very nice guy. I made the purchase. They are selling cars with poor repair work and salvaged titles! Had a ***** ***** looked at from my mechanic and it had used rusty parts, was leaking oil, and had a part of the undercarriage not bolted down amongst other things! Horrible business! If it’s too good to be true it is! I have photos to prove what I witnessed today. Extremely disappinted but relieved I didn’t buy from them!
We bought a 2016 ****** ******* (2.5 Limited) with ~8k miles from AutoSource Nation - Windsor, CO in late Sept. 2017 for ~$20k. We understood it was a re-titled vehicle, having been written off due to an accident (WA state) which caved in both driver-side doors and the B pillar. Incompetent liars. I purchased a car and drove it for two weeks, only to get a call that they had sent me away in the wrong car. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a copy-key because the actual key had broken, and assured me they would send me the key in the mail. I foolishly left my garage door opener in the car. I was looking a vehicle that was a 2011 model year, but listed in their advertisement as only having 14,784 miles, which didn't seem reasonable, given the age of the vehicle. A CarFax report that I researched, showed that the mileage couldn't be verified, and the history of the mileage went from 25 (1st owner), to 1 mile (start of 2nd owner), to the 14,764 current number.
