I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S6, and couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a very specific high performance car, and fully loaded with very specific features. My salesperson did a great job finding the exact car to fit my needs. This is our second car purchase this year from AutoNation, as we also purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 in the summer. The Service Advisor I worked with was Turner. Somehow my scheduled appointment hadn't saved on their calendar, yet they were very good about getting me in. Turner did a great job keeping me informed, and sharing the details and priorities on repair notes from the technician. I will definitely be back.
My daughter just purchased her first vehicle. Spencer Mittan was her salesman. without a doubt the best customer service I have ever seen. Spencer took the time to make sure the car was exactly what my daughter wanted, and could afford. He then took the time to familiarize her with all of the safety features as well as the "bells and whistles " the vehicle came with. Spencer is the guy to go see for your next vehicle.
We've had continued excellent service from Autonation VW in Spokane. Was able to get in the day I called and repairs were completed as promised. Chris called mid appointment so I'd know the cost of the replacement part. Appreciated this extra effort to let me know what was happening. Thanks.
David Kelley was an absolute fantastic salesman to work with! Despite a credit challenge and massive negative equity built up in my last vehicle, he was able to get me into a brand new 2018 Passat R line and absolutely did everything he could to take care of me during the process. I couldn’t recommend anyone better in all of Spokane to buy a car from!
