My experience AutoNation: (Read full story, it's long but worth it) January I went to Autonation to purchase a car. They asked me what I needed, I told them it just needs to be reliable i live in the country and don't want to be stuck on those roads at night because of the car breaking down. Scheduled a service here because our local guy was out of town. Scheduled a 10:00 am appointment and was told it would take 1:45. Drove in from out of town so it was our only vehicle there in the shop. When we had not heard back from anyone by 1:00 we returned via shuttle to find out the status, they had not even started with the only explanation that the shop had gotten backed up. The shuttle driver was friendly, but we are going to stick with our local guy.
We purchased a car here a month ago, they said they would fix the locks before they picked it up. One month has passed, we are still driving the car without a lock. They never have people to answer calls, order the parts or do any service. Dishonest shop!! False advertising!! This kind of shop makes Spokane shameful.
I brought my 2009 VW CC into AutoNation Volkswagen Spokane for the airbag recall and oil/oil filter change. I have gone to this dealership for servicing on my CC since relocating to Spokane over 5 years ago. I received excellent service from both Ray and Chris and recommend both of these gentlemen and AutoNation Volkswagen Spokane.
This is the 4th Volkswagen we have bought from here over the years. It's gone through different names, but, we've used Logan as our sales person every time. Even being over on the Audi side now, he still helped us with this purchase. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
