I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I called AutoNation to schedule a windshield replacement under warranty after my windshield cracked. I selected Service on the automated phone system because replacing a windshield is a service. The representative I spoke with (who I later learned was from a call center) scheduled my appointment for Monday at 3:00 p.m., sent me a confirmation text and email, and never once mentioned that I needed to contact the Collision department instead. Worked with Brandon and Chris on a Subaru my wife was interested in. And, while I did not move forward with the purchase, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Both Brandon and Chris bent over backwards to make a deal happen but, to no fault of theirs, I ended up walking away.
