Happy with my service here. I’ve had both a window fixed and a key fob installed through this Autonation and both have worked perfectly (of course). I just had the key fob done, and after calling 10+ auto locksmiths that weren’t able to help with my call, I came to Autonation. I was worried it would cost more than I’d be charged elsewhere, but it came out to just about what I had originally hoped, expected, and budgeted for. Great price👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Dropped car off for inspection and diagnosis of a check engine light. It took a week to get a response and I had to go into building and ask “what is going on with my car”. Only then one service person who knew nothing about the car tried to quickly pull up the service. It took that person 15 minutes to do that. They promised they would call the next day to explain what is going on.... no phone call had to call them a few days later. Where they finally gave an answer. Since I have bought my 19 Volkswagen Passat from AutoNation the staff has been very friendly and right on helping me with whatever concern I have with my car and appreciate that lots.
The ad for the vehicle I bought lied. Also the salesman lied about the model.
Oil change and cabin filter changed : Paul who was at the front desk greeted me in the garage and he was efficient ,professional and friendly . I needed to have my car out quickly by a certain time and he Said he would see that the car was finished by then . He delivered ahead of schedule .. seems like Autonation is getting back to great customer service again I hope !
