RecommendedOur 2019 Tiguan was heavily damaged after hitting a full size truck spare tire on the Interstate traveling back home to Louisville, KY from Hilton Head. Hilton Head Volkswagon service was a good experience- the service manager took his time to show me the problems with the car i brought in. im a car guy and understand mechanical issues and never before at any dealer did the service manager ever take the time with me. i own 11 vechiles most collectable and being a senior some of these new issues with auto’s( mostly computer generated) are over my expertese. The staff were pleasant and helpful but not pushy. Tiffany and Malik worked together to make sure I was happy with my purchase
Doozer is very helpful and knows his stuff. Will continue to get car serviced here even though it’s out of warranty. Certain comfort level here that they know their stuff. A little more expensive but worth the piece of mind.
The entire staff at Hilton Head Volkswagen have always been friendly and welcoming. I've always dealt with the service department for the past 6 years. Even though I live 2 hours away, I've only ever been 100% satisfied with the care they take of my VW, as well as my wallet! I just purchased a new Passat off the showroom, and had a relatively good experience.
