My sales guy, Mr. Mike Willis was an awesome guy to deal with. He made my purchase smoothly but the finance guy was rude. First, he put my address wrong on the finance paperwork and I told him it was wrong and he was not happy. He did reprint all the documents for me to sign, but when I purchase the Volkswagen We Care 30k package and had to sign the paperwork...He put my name wrong on the document and I told him to change it and he said “Its not my problem” and also he said he can’t even go back to the computer and change it... read more
