Dueser(sorry if I spelled that wrong) is great. He’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I can ask him any question no matter how small or trivial and he answers them with enthusiasm and charisma. I recently had my Bug in for its 10k service and it went by like a dream. The service didn’t take long at all and I was on my way in no time. These guys rock!!
I have had my car serviced here since 2013. Last week we had the Service Department of Hilton Head Volkswagen install the 4th, YES, the FOURTH, drive shaft on our Touareg. VW does not guarantee its parts. The service manager said, when we complained, that he would have sold it “when the 2nd one went in.” VW is not the company it once was.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Pete and Doozer are probably the most professional Service Management that I have ever met. I have been a customer since 2013 and they have always been kind, helpful and communicate everything back to me precisely. I always look forward to seeing them when I have service on my VWCC.
