We purchased our van from Autonation in early sept and in our SUV. We are active duty military and stationed in California so we thought that maybe the plates were just taking a while. It is now December and I still don’t have my plates sent to me NOR does my bank have the title. After a lot of back and forth with Autonation I learned they never had the title to begin with and are struggling to get it from auction but we were not told that at the time of purchase. Vehicle had service issue 4 days after purchase. I still haven’t gotten a straight answer on when/where this issue will be addressed—despite multiple calls and a visit.
