We had an awesome car-buying experience at AutoNation on Bell Road in Phoenix. There was none of the back-and-forth negotiation nightmare so prevalent in the auto industry, the financing was done easy-peasy, even with less-than-perfect credit, and they were even willing to take on the hassle of dealing with the transmission shop where our trade-in was being held for ransom (AVOID AAMCO Transmissions in Phoenix, Arizona!).
