Michelle is absolutely wonderful. She went over and above to help us buy our 2017 sante fe. Her customer service was the reason we bought here. Before this building was setup my wife bought 2 vehicles from them and it was awesome. I recently went into the new facility to buy a vehicle for myself and 7 days later a check engine like comes on. 2 days after that my radiator cracks. After talking to the dealership I have to pay for all the repairs and they're unwilling to help me. I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to get into a vehicle. Not a good experience at all with this location. I have had my pick up truck for over two month and the first temp tag expired with out my plate. Called asking where the plate was,they informed me that someone dropped the ball and I need emission and was not informed of this. Took it in and three weeks later no plates still. Guess what no legitimate answer as to why, yet again. My guess is someone didn't do there job. Shame on you Autonation this is not how you treat customers. Learn to do your job!
