This is the worst dealership in town I will not recommend anybody bank card from them either for service or four parts because they don’t tell the truth so I will definitely not go and I will not recommend anybody
We bought a car from them, we were from out of the state . When back to them after a few months to look at a problem with the car . We sat in the waiting for hours and they finally told us we could go and they would call us to see if it was cover under the very expense warranty that we were pressured in to buying. We waited three days and they never did call us.. We returned home and will have it looked at else where. VERY DISSAPOINTED

I just spent 6 thousand dollars for the vehicle to be called a death trap by a brakes plus employee, so I take it to get fixed and they completely ignored the problem with my drivers side strut and now the thermostat is broken
never called to update me as promised took two trips and 3 days to get car done I had to keep calling to find out information. seems like once they got my money for the car I was out of sight and out of mind I would rate them as very poor
RecommendedStellar Customer Service! We purchased a 2008 Ford Edge. Marcellas Cervantes was our Salesperson. AutoNation USA repaired the sunroof on our vehicle even thought the legal time limit had expired. Thank You Auto Nation USA and Marcellas Cervantes!
RecommendedI like that the price listed is the set price. No bargaining on that. The price of the Lexus was a great deal. Nice and patient. They stayed late on Christmas Eve to finish the deal. My trade in was in the range of Kelley Blue Book but I would have liked a little more but who wouldn’t?
Wow! I should have been here first. Heard about this place from a friend, so I gave it a try. I help my brother to buy his first car. We purchased the car last week, and the car wasn't ready. We are promised Monday, 12/30/19 and it's now 2020 and still no car. No call from anyone. I have called today at 9:24AM still no return call. Right now, I am looking for another way to just warned people, friends and family to do more research before doing a purchase. Even if it's recommended by a good friend.
