I took my car in for service and a cabin filter replacement. while replacing the cabin filter. they broke the glovebox, and installed a generic filter. I took the car back to see if they would acknowledge this and repair it. the girl that writes the service ticket was clueless. then she tells me she can glue the broken piece back on...with an attitude. I said no, I want it replaced because it wasn't broken when I brought it in. so she said she would call me in a couple of days. well it's been a month, and I've heard nothing.
No hassle, no pressure! Quality, low mileage vehicles at a great price. Jenelle Crouse was the greatest!
We are from out of town and went there to look at a specific car we had seen online. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was really friendly. I was treated with respect and all my financing options were given to me. They found the best interest rate for me and made the whole experience painless.
