RecommendedThe GM called and told me to fill out an application and that he was sure he could get me in the car I wanted!! Even though other place had always told me No!! Well I received a call from my salesman Mike!! That I had been approved by 12 Pm I was signed and had my 2014 Dodge Charger!!!
Bad experience, they ran my credit on 2/10/21 got a good deal, was set up to test drive and sign paperwork 2/11/21 @ 10:30am. (before going there i made sure car was available and that paperwork was for that specific car they told me yes.) Made me drive 2 1/2 hours from McAllen to Corpus just to tell me when i got there that the car had an electrical problem that it didn't want to turn on that they had it in service and that they didn't know how long it was going to take too fix it. Took nearly 4 hours to sell a vehicle. Management was less than pleasant to deal with and has zero customer service. CarMax is direct competition, if you value your time.... GO THERE, NOT HERE!
