The sales people are not to pushy but will LIE to you about the vehicle and if it is safe. They do FAKE inspections on your cars before you buy. They also sign off on safety things that have not been checked. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER... PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID..

Hayward Toyota - Pls. don't buy from this dealership - TOTAL RIP-OFF !!!!! Please don't buy from this dealership. Especially if the salesman is Johnny Tabares. He's one real bad liar. He promised that they have the car that I wanted and that it has a $4000 discount. Very honest and friendly people in the service dept Wow is all I have to say, these people are kind, honest and very friendly even when you have a difficult problem, they were very patient in dealing with me and everyone is so cheerful
Hayward Toyota is SHADY I wouldn't trust this dealer. With the Cash for clunkers program going on, they go by their autowest rules & not the federal rules or Toyota's. They really don't know what they are doing.

The shuttle service is not good After I bring my car to Hayward Toyota for service, I need to take their shuttle service to bart station and I think it sucks. I have been waiting there for 1 1/2 hours. I ask the service person when the shuttle will arrive and he always ask me to wait some more..
