I had my car serviced here and had terrible service. I had a been a loyal customer for years but the past couple of times I've had problems. The most recent time I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I agreed, and they called me during the service to inform me I needed new tire that they could sell me for $1000. They wasted my time telling me they can get me in a new car that fits my budget then comes at me with a lease for almost $300 a month when i told them I didnt want a lease ever. They had been trying to get me in one of their cars since august I gave them one last shot and I should have known better. This is not my first rodeo. What a joke!
DO NOT BUY A NISSAN! I was a proud owner of Nissan Rouge before my transmission went out while driving on the freeway, while my daughter were in the car. There was no indicator or light that told me something was wrong. I notified Nissan Consumer Affairs and because I am 1,700 miles over the warranty they refused to provide any good will adjustment. When my daughter and I started the conquest Friday at AutoNation in Tempe, we pulled into the Nissan dealership in search of a decent used car. We were greeted by Brandon who was approachable, professional and kind (offered us cool water). He assessed our needs and went right to work helping us find a car to fit out needs. Went there to buy a car about a month ago, when I picked a car they tried to car swap me when I was about to do paperwork saying the car was sold (it was on the lot and I just got done test driving it) after being told it was for sale. As a far warning to everyone buying a car from here, ALWAYS double check VIN numbers since they'll try to screw you like tried to do to me.
