Not a fan of salespeople bad mouthing their competition. Would rather have a salesperson show me how their product is better and admit when the competition has better basic features or longer warranty. Not a fan of being called 2 minutes after I leave their establishment by their sales manager trying to make me come back. 1st, that's just unsafe as he know I was driving at rush hour and that he should have had some common sense to not distract me or anyone from driving. We have been to ANNT several times. Bought a car from them every time I we went to look at cars. Would never buy anything else but a Nissan. Have always had very good service from them and recommend this place to buy a car Thanks for your service and attention.
I was hesitant at first to purchase again with AutoNation Nissan, our last experience (over 4 years ago) was not the best, but they have redeemed themselves this time around! The service department has improved tremendously as well! The two most recent service appointments have been outstanding! Very happy with the time, attention and patience we were given when shopping for our new LEAF. Brian Shirley was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure all of our questions were answered and answered a few we didn't even know we needed to ask. Never was there a sales pitch or pressure to "make the deal." I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Nissan in Tempe. Jack did an amazing job at finding the perfect car for me. The process was fairly quick, I was able to drive off the lot in a 2016 Nissan Sentra!
Lori Helped me out. I didn't have an appointment and she stepped up. I was given great service, she even found a couple recalls for my car and took care of those for me.
