We went to look at a specific car. It wasn't there so we waited a week to get a call the car was back and come look. We came back and waited 30 minutes for the guy to show us we had spoke to. He never came so we ended up being taken care of by another guy. They gave us quotes for payments and thwn when we decided to get the car quotes went up over a $100. I'm a college student and was looking for a car with my parents to drive to TN. Shea helped us out and was very understanding and helped find dealerships around my school in TN that I could take the car to for servicing. As usual, the sales person and finance department don't communicate very well so there was a hiccup there. The car I bought had a crack in the windshield but was told to bring it back whenever and it will only take about 10 minutes to fix. Monica in the service department sucks at keeping her word. They are by far the worst dealership in the valley. 3 days to repair a simple part that should've been fixed before they even tried to sell the vehicle to us. They are now the proud new owners of their own truck. Keep it.

Terrible service time, had to wait for over 15 minutes to have a part ordered and wasn't given a discount for the wait. I will be going to another location in the future. I don't recommend this location to anyone. Avoid this location as much as possible.
The employees need to read there notes before calling a customer back... I'm so frustrated with there service for the 2nd time.. !!!

I love my car and I was pleased with the time Cody took to bring a smile to my face the other associates at Auto Nation Nissan also made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner.
My experience was excellent! Jack was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive and willng to go above and beyond. He made buying my car very easy. I love my Nissan!
Came in to look at a used 2dr Altima, drove out with a brand new one!! The car had been on the lot for over a year!! We got such a great deal and the sales man let us think about it overnight with the paperwork in our hands!!! I have never been treated better, Stephen our service adviser has taken great care of us!! Yes we will purchase our next vehicle here!!!
