I bought a 2011 Nissan frontier 2 years ago with supposed to be 10 oil changes, ive used maybe 5 or 6 in 20,000 miles. just called and they said the rest of my oil changes have been canceled..what the hell....Im waiting to hear back from them, as of now, i should have put up the extra money and got a Toyota like my last truck., we"ll see.... stay tuned....

Hey! AutoNation Nissan Tempe has been great. I started on line looking and made appointment with Bart Thomas and he was perfect for us. Answer all my questions, no messy waste of time for us or him. My plan was to test drive the Rogue and keep looking at other dealership but everything fell in to place and this car and AutoNation was great for me. I give everyone there 5 stars

I have found the service staff at AutoNation Nissan Tempe to be extremely courteous and helpful. In the work that I recently had done on my 2000 Maxima, they were clear on what needed to be done and what it would cost. I did not feel pressured to have the work done. When it became clear that it would take longer planned, they also provided me with a rental and covered its cost. I plan on continuing to have my car serviced at AutoNation Nissan.
Everyone here is awesome, they where very patient with my family and very very helpful, went above and beyond... I will and have recommended this place always
Best Service ever! I went in there and from the beginning I felt they were going take care of me and they did. I would recommend to anyone.
I have been trying to schedule an appt with them for 2 days now to get my GTR serviced. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. They eventually pick up and tell me they will call me back but don't. Online "chat" told me they could not help me. It appears I will be going elsewhere.
