Service department has zero integrity. Our service adviser, Thomas, couldn't have said, "screw you" with his looks and actions any better than he did. Customers do NOT come first here. They treat you like you are a bother and their job is way too difficult.
I bought a Jeep Wrangler from these people 2 months ago and have had nothing but trouble ever since, I will NEVER send anyone or buy from here ever again!
I think their Service Center is full of liars and thieves. They tell what you need and charge for things they don't provide. The Service Manager, Danny and Jim Champion tell you things that are not true and continue to give you the run-around. Your business is going to fail. Gathering the names of the individuals on here to file a complaint on the BBB as well as speaking to a lawyer to file a lawsuit.
Loved the service my sales lady gave us and most of all love my new 2014 Honda accord sport.
