Ok,went in for a oil change trying to give Honda a chance to meet my needs. The lady took my information. She goes to the car to get my mileage she turns the key, I don't know why she started the car. She looks up at me and say,don't you hear that? I said no. And she does it again. And ask the same question. My answer ways still no. She said that doesn't sound good. Mind you I said I want a oil change. She said the oil change will cost me $50. Went to get a key made for my 2007 Honda Pilot, left with a key that doesn't fit my car. When I tried to explain to them they were no help. So now I have a key that doesn't work and I'm out a bunch of money. Their customer service is crap! Never going back and I'm tell everyone I know not to take their car to AutoNation Honda.
