My 2014 Honda Accord (purchased new) has just broken down for the SECOND TIME!!!! The first time it broke down, Honda Roadside picked it up to deliver it to the dealership, only it went "missing". No one had a clue where it was until the following afternoon, almost 24-hours later, when it was miraculously located in a storage facility. At least I was at home then. This time I'm on vacation at the beach with my children. By myself.

If I could've voted a -1 then I would've. They lack even minimal customer service skills & refuse to express empathy when their parts/service caused dangerous driving conditions. James is the least helpful, yet, most arrogant employee to speak with.
The manager James Lawson and the service advisor Thomas Howell are exceptional. We are from out of town and the battery in our Honda was bad and we didn't have the invoice. Our dealer in Illinois could not figure out how to fax an invoice so James said they would replace the battery even though they didn't have the correct paper. If you are looking for a friendly and great dealership with exceptional service this is the place.
I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Chelisa for making our buying experience such an enjoyable one! She was the sweetest and so easy to talk to! I would highly recommend not just AutoNation but also Chelisa! Thanks again!!!
The used car salesman told me I wouldn't need to have an emissions test done as my birthday was only 3+ months after buying a used vehicle from them. Long story short, that wasn't true. I called to speak with a manager & had to leave a message. Of course it hasn't been returned. Looks like I'll have to lodge a complaint about this dealer with Honda's National headquarters since this dealership evidently isn't interested in anything except sales....
