Loved my experience with Fettah and John at Acura! After going to other "luxury" lots yesterday I went there and was treated like I was a valued client and THAT is true luxury. Bravo! Would recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated with class and respect.
We had been looking at purchasing a newer, larger vehicle to suit our current situation. Steve and Todd were wonderful. They worked withbus and we drove off the lot with a 2011 Kia Sorento that not only was a very nice, clean vehicle but also payments within our budget. Will definitely be going back when it's time for another vehicle.
My wife and I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation Acura North Orlando helped us out this past weekend. We were on our way from Jacksonville to Orlando and had just gone through Sanford when our 2016 Acura TLX had serious trouble. We limped into the service department at 2:00 PM on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Bought our first Acura MDX used car here and it will certainly be the last time we buy a car from this dealer. We paid cash for the car and the negotiation process was a ridiculous mess. Then several things on the car which were advertised by them to be working were not. Trying to get them repaired has been a nightmare and drawn out way past the 3 day return policy time frame.
