If you are in the market for new car you should stay away from buying Acura especially from this dealer ship. You would end up getting stuck with horrible service. The level of customer service has been going down. I'm always puzzled by the "customer requested to have multi point inspection performed this visit" on the paper work. Also, "you chose to use after market parts for this job" included in the paper work. Don't ever recall requesting or choosing these things. I am a senior citizen...maybe i did...but I doubt it. Otherwise normally satisfied with the service. They did remove a charge for brake fluid after I pointed out that the brake fluid was changed a few weeks prior during a brake job.

Received excellent service on my Acura RDX. The Service Writer, Spiro K., thoroughly explained all service that was completed, and what was recommended during the next service period. Very satisfied.
I brought my TSX in for airbag recall Jeff was handling my car did an inspection of my car and let me know what repairs would be needed in the future and gave me a copy of the inspection they did. Also I was told it would take two hours but it took less time than that. Had a great experience friendly staff great job would recommend North Orlando Acura. Great team!!!
