They walk you through the entire time you spend in the dealership servicing your car. Great communication with your service advisor
Despite some half truths about financing rates and the ability to rate match, I think the escalation of concerns when evidence was presented was handled mostly well. 3 stars out of 5 for the general experience. Service department is pretty solid. 4.5/5 stars.
