I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff and sales people. My visit was not only informative but also experienced firsthand the new tech advancements that had been made in the lineup of the new vehicles. I am so looking forward to getting my new vehicle and will feel at ease knowing their service dept will be taking care of me and my suv. I took my car in for oil change on Wednesday afternoon. It took longer than I expected for express 1 1/2 hours! I find out on my ride home my 50.00 gas card is missing from my console!!! Called immediately and spoke to service manager who then had the service advisor call me back to say they don't know what happened to it. Do you really think the thief would confess and lose their job??!!! They then said they credit my account for that amount and I can use it on my next service. I have visited them many times over the last 20 plus years with all the Acuras that I have owned- Very few times do I have a complaint with them but if I did ROBYN fixes it!

To start with they messed up the loan paperwork for my car and were blissfully unaware until we pointed it out to them. They fixed this but their excuse was "someone else did it and they're not here, so we're not responsible". Then they overcharged me by 1000s of dollars, which they refunded but this put my bank account in trouble for the better part of a week. Their excuse was "oh someone fat fingered and added an extra zero". This sort of callous attitude is typical of their organization. Then, when they asked me what they... read more

The only reason I gave this dealership 2 stars is because we had a nice shopping experience with Nick. We had a horrendous, outlandishly ignorant and inexperienced deal with the finance department. Between Gil and others in the finance department incorrectly submitting our auto loan and over charging us by $1000s for a car payment, the finance department truly needs more experienced, more educated employees! No one could afford to purchase with this dealership!

Completely dissatisfied! Leased my second MDX back in September. It was in and out of the service department until December when they finally put a "new" transmission in my NEW car. This was after several trips of bringing it in, taking it home and learning what they "fixed" was not the problem. Car still isn't right, nor is my lease agreement that I have been trying to get fixed since I received my October statement. ***UPDATE AGAIN*** Here we are a year later and get same (or at least sounds like it) RUDE service representative on the phone that I dealt with a year ago and he hangs up on me too. There obviously were no permanent changes or customer service training done. Changing the rating back to 1 star. Thank you for another reminder on how horrible the service can be on AutoNation's roulette wheel in the service center without a culture of "customer service" cohesion and only a person here or there that knows how to treat people. **... read more
