I made an appointment by the Ford Pass app and it will be the last time. It’s not user friendly. It took me three times to make the appointment. When I got there the appt was not made but they were able to take my truck.

I made an appointment for 4 pm came early and 2 hours later still here. If this was the first time this happened I wouldn’t care but every single time I come here it’s 2 to 3 hours for an oil change Thai is ridiculous. So if you schedule an appointment here be prepared to wait at least 2 hours!
First time taking my F150 here and was pleasantly pleased with the service, atmosphere, and prices. Will be back. Thanks ANF!
