I just had my Ford Escape in for maintenance , and was so pleased by the service of course, but also happy to see so many of the staff and customers wearing masks. Bought a used car from AutoNation Ford Jacksonville back in Sept/Oct 2020. Paid in full, and the first service for tire rotation and oil change WAS included (stated in my paperwork, my father was there with me and he remembers). Went ahead and scheduled the appointment for January 2021, I show up and they don’t have it anywhere in their system saying that it is a prepaid service. The people were nice. Antwan was courteous and made sure I got home and back. But each time I go there there is some thing or part that can't be fixed at that time and I'm asked to come back. I've given it a few shots, but each time is a bit of a let down.
They get you in and out as soon as possible.
