Recently, my husband and I purchased a Platinum Max Expedition from Auto Nation Jacksonville. Our expedition was 10 years old. We had such great luck with it so we decided to purchase another one. Took truck in for service with a reported issue. Was told I needed new tires. $1400 & a new set of tires later, back to the dealership with the same issue. Service manager went for a test drive & immediately identified the issue...it was not the tires.
