I was looking for a Nissan Altima SR and I contacted Autonation Ford and was out in touch with Jacob Rothman. He was very professional during the whole process. I went on the website and found the one I wanted but it was in Clearwater Florida. I told Jacob and he told me that they could go get it and bring it to Jacksonville. Quick, easy, all issues address, no pushes to have the cabin filter done when I have one at my house to put in.
Mike in the Service Department. I needed a new door handle for my Ranger. Mike used the VIN to look up the exact part. It wasn't in stock, but Mike said he could get it by Tuesday. Wow! Even better, he was able to send me an invoice via email, and I completed the transaction (pre-pay) in less than a minute. It's refreshing to discover an organization in a traditional industry embrace digital processes to serve the customer. Thanks for making it easy. See you on Tuesday!
