I had trouble with my transmission on my 2012 Ford Focus and it happened instantly. My regular service provider told me to call Ford Autonation, I had my car towed and was afraid of a very high repair bill. They researched it and did all the diagnostics before they repaired it then informed me Ford would repair it free of cost. Service appointments are a great time saver
The entire staff was nice and worked as a team to complete the process of purchasing our car. Our sales rep, Lance, was patient and supportive in helping us secure the car that best fit our needs. The organization as a whole held true to their warranty of purchase satisfaction. We drove off as happy customers!
