We first spoke to Jacob about the car we were interested in. He couldn't be at the office the day we were coming so he had the entire process set up with Rob to show us the Explorer, which made things so easy for us. After looking at the car, we decided to try an Edge. Rob was so gracious to search for the one we'd be interested in and brought it up front. Although busy at times the service department is by far one of the most consistent in terms of staff and management. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and it is evident that customer service is a priority. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had my 2017 Ford Escape serviced today for a long road trip. Oil change, rotated tires and engine air filter changed and it was done in a little over an hour. Stephanie was my go to person and I waited in a comfortable lounge supplied with a cold bottle of water while waiting. Of course the cost was higher than if I had gone to Pep Boys, but I figured I bought a ford product so I would like to have a place where they know my car from past servicing and therefore this time for this car to choose a ford company servicing
