I cannot express how grateful I am to this company ! My salesmen, Jay was polite , professional and courteous. Unfortunately my vehicle was on it’s last leg and it was no longer reliable. I was not really prepared to purchase another vehicle but when I walked into AutoNation I immediate felt at home and that I could trust the people I was working with to put me in the right vehicle. Hands-down my favorite dealership in Jacksonville. I definitely recommend this place! Will buy here again .

I was completely dishearted. The first call I truly felt this dealer was the one and was ready to work with me. I told them my down payment, what I could do monthly and picked out about 7 vehicles. After speaking to them today, I felt as if I was getting the run around and wasn't interested in selling me a car. Truly sad.
