I wanted to say how much I appreciate all the effort Richa Owen put into helping me find a vehicle for my daughter. I was on a really TIGHT schedule so the fast responses to my emails and the fact he always answered my calls means a lot. They have had my Mustang for weeks waiting on a part...which is fine. However, my service advisor Laura refuses to return phone calls or e-mails. I don't think calling once a week for an update is unreasonable but she won't even return my phone call! 2 days later after no return call I e-mail her...no response to that either. 2 days after that another phone call and I AGAIN left a voicemail. She finally sends me a cursory e-mail with no details other than "we are working on it". I can't even talk to her to discuss other poss... read more
They treat their technicians like scum. Highly unprofessional. I’ve even over heard a advisor cussing at a technician over something the tech did right. If you want good reliable service where you know the people handling your car are being treated right. I suggest looking somewhere else.
Better Customer Service and Service dept.... HONESTY on pricing....
Been a customer at this location since it was Kings Crown Ford...we've bought three Explorers there over the years. Great folks to deal with and great service dept. too...

You had my F-150 King Ranch for 2 weeks, I picked it up less than 48 hours ago and still having the same issue... "Charging System Service Now" warning coming on dash and all interior lights turn on and or blink and we can't turn them off.
