RecommendedBrought truck in for an airbag recall. Really nice people there. Provided me with a loaner until airbag issue was complete. A panel was cracked. Apparently common issue, just didnt have another to repkace. ordered part & called to let me know to come in when it's convenient for me. I hate driving to, in, & from Houston area. That's not convenient. Also, on work order oaper, it said they would wash my truck. Didn't happen! But I did get a complimentary oil change for getting recall addressed.

I have always rode away very satisfied on how I was treated and the willingness of the staff to work with me. I have never taken my cars anywhere else to be serviced. Rocky is my main man. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Service department is one of the worst I’ve ever seen in any Honda dealership !! My lane watch needed to be reset and they close at 7 I get there at 530 it’s a 10 min job to do I’ve seen it before on a friends I just can’t do it myself and get laughed at all the staff was rude no one greeted me at my car they were in a rush ! As a long time Honda owner I’m sad . As someone who has family on the broad I am very frustrated and will make this issue aware !
