History Established in 1996. AutoNation's roots trace back to 1996, when current Chairman H. Wayne Huizenga invested in an Atlanta-based waste management company that later became Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Republic Industries, Inc. Republic Industries would go on to acquire most of the more than 321 new vehicle franchises the Company operates today, as well as several waste management and vehicle rental companies, before changing its name on April 6, 1999 to AutoNation, Inc.

My car engine oil was leaking , stay 1 night in the store, there are no alternative car to use。 the next day I found that the protective cover of the chassis is not installed when I arrived home， hanging in the car, use 3 days after the oil still leaking。The staff give me nothing about report of the repair car。
I am very satisfied taking my car for service because of Rocky, my service advisor. He is very professional and he really cares about his customers. Rocky always takes good care of me and makes sure that everything goes well with my Honda pilot. He is always ready to answer any question that I may have.
Great service with Steve Mitler for years. Only place to take your Honda.
