I recently got my car serviced for an A14 at AutoNation Honda in Costa Mesa. Jim made it so easy for me to understand what that meant for my car and didn't pressure me into getting all of the work done. I ended up getting my tires rotated, oil changed, and drive plugs switched out. Next time, I'll get my spark plugs redone as well, but he'd mentioned that'd those would be fine to hold off on for now. They are liers. Told me that when I turned in my lease and purchased a new car that the final lease payment would be covered. They never paid it, and as an end result my credit score was affected and I had to make the payment which was considered a late payment. I made every single car payment on time except for that final One because they were supposed to make it. Automation Honda of Hollywood GM Michael Eagle will not own up to their mistake even after being a loyal client for so many years.
RecommendedDaniel the service manager was very nice and helpful. He was able to explain other services that my pilot needed. I went in for a oil change and he reminded me that I need other services. My car was delivered as promised.

Auto Nation Honda is notorious for using unscrupulous tactics such as lying to their finance customers that they do not qualify for lower interest rates on cars they sell to their customers to charge a much higher interest rates. I believe they were fined cheating millions of dollars from higher interest rates from unsuspected customers. Mostly Hispanics ( non English speakers) .
