I purchased my second car with Autonation Honda of Hollywood. I also purchased a maintenance package with 10 regular oil changes. On November 9 my car was brought in for service. When I picked up my car I noticed it has been damaged. The manager came outside and took pictures. He reassured me that my car would be repaired by their collision department. I have called and left 3 message for Brian the Service Manager. Still no repair and no call back.
RecommendedExcellent Service. Peter Taylor And Charles went above and beyond. Very happy with the service provided as well as the finance representative. Excellent A++
Aweful. Made an appointment for oil change at 10:30 am. Got there 10:15 am. I was told 15 to 20 min. Didnt leave until 12:40 pm. Why go thru this hassle when I can drive down to the repair shop in the corner and have it done in less than 30 min.
Recommendedmy car was serviced in a timely manner. customer service was good.
