I took in my car for recalls. They apparently took care of that but they called me and said I had only 2 mm on my front breaks. They also said my battery was not good. My battery is fine and I had just replaced the breaks on June 22nd. About 2000 miles ago. I have the receipt from the shop where I had it replaced and I took the car in and he showed me my brand new breaks. Fadi called and wasn’t happy about my survey. He accused me of lying. My wife and I purchased a CRV from AuoNation and from the start we were treated well. From Dan (the Big boss), to Casey (Sales Manager) to Nico our Sales person, they were the best.
