I’ve owned 5 Hondas and have had them serviced at AutoNation Honda in Valencia for the last 27years. Always excellent professional service done with the utmost courtesy. Except this time they promised to wash the car and I just discovered it’s as dirty as when I dropped it off. When you pay over $1,000, they should at least wash your car as promised. Disappointed.
AutoNation Valencia Honda continues to impress. on my latest service visit Curtis was kind enough to assist me with my needs. From start to finish he was polite, prompt professional, and kept me informed. my vehicle was serviced as requested was returned to me with the work performed being nothing short of perfect. I’m a big fan of the Honda brand but more so of the people who work for them as they are the true stars. I look forward to my continued service and business with them.
