The Worst experience purchasing and Servicing the car i purchased with Honda Valencia AutoNation, firs of all, they made a big mistake filling out the paperwork giving us a 2.9 apr and after we signed they call us telling us that we needed to go back to the dealer to sign new paperwork for their mistake that now was a 3.8 apr and if we wouldn't sing we have to return the car and our credit will be ruined, Also after 32 days of the purchase i find out that the rear camera was loose so i went to service for them to fixed becau... read more

I came in for a recall. It was done quick on a Saturday appreciate that. Washed my car (I just washed but still nice.) a piece in my dash was missing so I had a hole in it and was concerned. I found the piece in my center console and snapped it back in. There is a piece where they took it out that is marred/raised now (plastic part) so now you see it all the time. Sucks my dash is damaged now for a stupid recall. Rather unfair! They should of at least fessed up and ordered me a new piece that is probably 10 bucks. I would of... read more
